The consultancy firm works across the UK covering social housing, not-for-profit organisations, local authorities and private companies and our services range from search and selection, remuneration and reward, talent management to governance, change management, organisation development and interim management .

We employ some of the most experienced and respected staff and associates who are all experts in their areas.  Before entering private consultancy practice, all of our consultants were employed in senior/Executive roles in the either the housing, not for profit or private sector.
