ema consultancy exists so that the organisations we work with can concentrate on what they do best – making a difference to people’s lives – through the products they provide, the jobs and training they offer and the services they deliver.

We play a valuable and significant role in board and executive search and selection researching, informing and guiding strategies for pay and reward, HR, diversity, structures and succession.

We help at times of change – through growth, mergers and acquisitions, and also at other times where restructuring or down-sizing is necessary.

Our experienced team members are trusted experts in their field. Thanks to their significant experience, they offer a mix of expertise, evidence-based challenge and common-sense solutions. We enjoy thinking creatively about client projects, working flexibility to ensure projects are executed with quality and delivered on time and on budget.

This commitment to quality is outlined in our customer and candidate charter; a document drafted back in 2006 when our MD spotted a gap in the market for a consultancy offering bespoke solutions and a true partnership approach. The desire to offer customers a customer experience shaped on listening and flexibility led to the creation of ema consultancy.

Our original vision of being a long-term partner and offering the highest standards of customer care and quality remains, and we are proud of our reputation for honesty and personal service.

We also have a bank of trusted associates to ensure we always have specialists on hand. Our associates are recruited to the same high standards as our core team and uphold the values within our customer charter.
