EMA offers outplacement services to help those who are facing redundancy to make the right choices for them. Our approach is to build trust and confidence in individuals affected in order to help them decide what options are open to them – looking at what they enjoy and what they will miss as well as identifying what they do not like about the job they are leaving. By concentrating on positive outcomes and transferable skills, we aim to work with individuals to encourage them to follow their aspirations.

We also offer support to colleagues who remain with the organisation, including the HR team who often have to bear the brunt of negative reactions.
